Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every pen stroke and paper cut. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange it within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility
  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging (including all accessories, inserts, and tags).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Custom-printed or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Process
  1. Email info@madinastationers.com with subject line “Return/Exchange – Order #XXXX”.
  2. Include your full name, item(s) to be returned or exchanged, and the reason.
  3. We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the nearest return address.
  4. Pack the item securely and write the RAN on the outside of the parcel. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges are shipped free of charge on the first request; subsequent exchanges incur standard shipping fees.
Return Shipping
  • Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
